Job Description:
MySign, a leading provider of handwritten signatures, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and maximizing business growth. Your exceptional communication skills, strategic mindset, and passion for customer success will play a crucial role in advancing our mission of delivering exceptional handwritten signature experiences.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building strong and trusted relationships with them.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights and position MySign as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate with internal teams, including calligraphers and designers, to ensure seamless delivery of handwritten signature projects.
Advocate for clients internally, ensuring their needs and feedback are effectively communicated and addressed across all levels of the organization.
Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis to track client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and drive proactive account management strategies.
Understand clients' personal, business needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored handwritten signature solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.
Collaborate with the sales team to support new business development efforts, including participating in client presentations and proposal development.
Knowledge of the handwritten signature industry, calligraphy, or related fields is a must.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to ensure successful signature delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze client needs, identify opportunities, and develop tailored signatures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
Strong track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts, and driving customer satisfaction.
Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role in a B2C environment.
